C&S Electric, the leading electric and electronic equipment manufacturer, had been receiving complaints from its authorized dealers against C&S counterfeit & spurious products being sold in markets.
To apprehend the shops selling spurious products, C&S Electric approached the Hon’ble High Court for instructing the competent authorities to carry out the search and seizure operations. The Hon’ble Court directed Local Commissioners and Police Authorities to take necessary actions against the shops selling spurious products.
In pursuant to Hon’ble Court’s orders, the Officers attached with local police stations & local commissioners conducted search raids in various shops of Delhi and Ahmedabad markets. During the raid C&S counterfeit and spurious products were seized in huge quantities, which were being unlawfully manufactured & sold under the identical brand 
name of C&S and Robusta and which also infringed the registered design of C&S Products. The shops selling fake products were seized and sealed by local commissioner and FIR were registered against them.
